IMPORTANT: We recommend you train slow and work your way to 8-10 hours per day.

Initial Use & Fitting: When your compression garment arrives it may appear too small. You WILL need help getting into your cincher/vest for the first several uses.

Helpful Tip: You pull while your help hooks the garment into the 1st hook. After hours, days or weeks of use (depending on comfort level) you should be able to get to 2nd hook and put your garment on without help.
